HOW TO MAKE SPICY CHILLY CHICKEN - OWN STYLE RECEIPE

 

This chilly chicken is a chinese dish mixed with my own taste , It is made out of boneless chicken pieces . It is very soft ,tasty and also spicy because of its preparation style . It is not a dry dish and also not in a gravy type but it will be a spicy one  It will be a perfect match with fried rice and noodles , but also okay with briyani or ghee rice .

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  1. Boneless chicken _ 500 gms

  2. Chilly powder - 1 tbsp

  3. Red colour powder _ 1 pinch

  4. Garam masala _ 2 tsp

  5. Salt _ To taste

  6. Chilly chicken masala _ 1 tbsp

  7. Pepper powder _ 2 tsp

  8. Ginger garlic paste _ 3 tbsp

  9. Soya sauce _ 1 tsp

  10. Tomato sauce _ 3 tbsp

  11. Egg _ 1

  12. Corn flour _ 2 tbsp

  13. Maida _ 1 tsp

  14. Lemon juice _ 1 tbsp

  15. Onion _ 1 (big)

  16. Green chillies _ 4

  17. Tomato _ 1

  18. Curry leaves _ As needed

  19. Oil - To fry

  20. Corriander leaves _ For garnishing

 

METHOD OF PREPARATION

 

At first clean the chicken well  and cut it into small cubes . Add lemon juice and salt to it and mix well .

Take a bowl add chilly powder , colour powder , garam masala , chilly chicken masala , pepper powder , 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste , soya sauce , 1 tbsp of tomato sauce , corn flour , maida and egg into it . Mix all the ingredients well to make it a fine paste .

Then add this paste to the chicken and mix well that the chicken is fully coated with the masala paste , keep it aside for 30 minutes either in fridge or in room temperature .Now chop the onion , green chillies finely . For tomato take only its outer part  and discard its seeds . Cut it in a small size .

Now take a pan , pour enough oil for the chicken to get fried .

Now fry the chicken deeply , care should be taken not to make the chicken so hard . Always fry the chicken in a medium flame . When all the pieces are fried , keep it aside .

Now take a hard bottomed pan . Pour 1 to 2 tsp of oil and saute chopped onion , green chillies ,ginger garlic paste , tomato and curry leaves . Saute well till its raw smell disappears.

Now add the fried chicken to it . Saute well, add the rest of tomato sauce to it . Saute well to blend them finely . Switch off the stove and add corriander leaves for garnishing .

Now the tasty , delicious and spicy chilly chicken is ready to serve.
